Refund policy
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returns Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- With all tags attached
- Returned with proof of purchase
To start a return, email info@olivierandjames.com with your order number and reason.
Refunds After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Exchanges Contact us for size or color exchanges (subject to availability).
Non-Returnable Final sale and personalized items cannot be returned.
